My approach is to work along-side and encourage my clients to meet their health and fitness goals. I believe to succeed in your chosen goals we all need to develop some courage and be prepared to follow some basic guidelines in training to be helped to achieve those goals.
There is overwhelming evidence wherever we look that in our modern busy lives we MUST get back to the basics and make room to improve on our lifestyle choices.
I feel that it’s the will power to WANT to start this change and working out HOW we make that start that is usually the first and perhaps biggest obstacle that we need to overcome. We all know this as true that WE need to improve and keep working on our health, not only for today but just as importantly for tomorrow.
