Hi, I’m Aston Duncan. I hope to encourage you to consider Forward Fitness when choosing your personal trainer. I am a fully qualified fitness instructor with numerous years’ experience in the industry. My approach is to work along-side and encourage my clients to meet their health and fitness goals. I believe to succeed in your chosen goals we all need to develop some courage and be prepared to follow some basic guidelines in training to be helped to achieve those goals. There is overwhelming evidence wherever we look that in our modern busy lives we MUST get back to the basics and make room to improve on our lifestyle choices’. I feel that it’s the will power to WANT to start this change and working out HOW we make that start that is usually the first and perhaps biggest obstacle that we need to overcome. We all know this as true that WE need to improve and keep working on our health, not only for today but just as importantly for tomorrow. “If you don’t make a start at change, you won’t change”.
I have always been active in my life as a Sydney lifeguard, tri-athlete and now runner and yet twice in the last fifteen years I personally have had to overcome a serious loss of health and mobility. What motivated me was knowing that if I took no action, that there would be poor health alternatives for me in the future. So I chose to act positively and I used this awareness as the motivation to drive and eventually reclaim my former health and fitness.I believe that health and fitness should be the number one priority in our lives, as it plays a huge positive impact to all other aspects of wellbeing in our lives.
